Our firm is in one
business only- that of preserving and enhancing our clients’ wealth. We use
the highest quality institutional funds to allow for growth, while limiting
potential volatility. We are a full service and fee-based firm and a leader
in financial planning for clients and companies across the country. We
provide clear advice and offer our clients a disciplined and prudent
consulting process, focused on delivering quality service.

History
Gary W. Sherwold began his career in the financial industry at an affiliate
branch of the Bank of Tokyo based in Southern California. During this time,
he began to recognize his client’s needs from an individual perspective. Mr.
Sherwold then made the transition to securities firms where he was able to
provide greater service and products to meet his clients’ changing needs.
However, the internal structure of a security firm restricted his ability to
satisfy all of his clients’ financial needs.
As a result Mr. Sherwold decided to establish an independent investment
advisory firm, G. W. Sherwold Associates, Inc., which would allow him the
freedom to help all clients achieve financial independence. To best serve
his clients, he then invited other financial professionals in the industry
who shared his same business philosophy and vision to work with him at G. W.
Sherwold Associates, Inc.
Vision
Today, through Mr. Sherwold’s leadership, G. W. Sherwold Associates, Inc.
has become one of the leading independent advisory firms in Southern
California. His firm manages several hundred clients and companies in the
area and across the country. He has established a niche in estate &
financial planning by providing in-depth market research, data analysis, and
overall outstanding service to meet the individual needs of each of his
investors. His ever-growing business is achieved almost solely from the
referrals of satisfied clients.
